The Eldon Process

Can we help?

Do you have a specific query?

Email us.

We need to meet, usually at our office, to learn what is important to you and for you to give us information. We explain the ways in which we charge for our services and what we might do for you.

After the meeting we will send a follow up letter with a proposal confirming the scope of our service and the cost. There will be an agreement setting out the detail and if you like what you see you sign and return a copy to us.

The engine room gets going to pull together the different aspects of your affairs, directly contacting the providers of your policies, investments and pension arrangements. We put the jigsaw together to get the full picture. It can take a few weeks to obtain all the information from third parties.

We put you in the picture when we meet again to explain how the different aspects of your affairs fit together. We use 'lifetime cashflow modelling' and comment on how you are progressing towards your objectives. Where changes in strategy are required we will outline your options. After the meeting we will send a report to summarise your position.

Mutual understanding is our aim so we will send a report to summarise your position, after which we can answer your questions. We will agree the way forward.

The next step is for us to make detailed recommendations for change and to implement strategies as well as agreeing the schedule for future reviews.
