My working life has been largely spent in Local Government. I very much enjoyed the variety in working with people from different backgrounds, enabling them to access a wide range of services to improve their lives. Working specifically on the financial side, I was able to use my skills of being thorough and having meticulous attention to detail, seeing the bigger picture, putting the person at the heart of everything I do, and working well in a team. All of these skills are now crucial to being successful in my Compliance Administrator role at Eldon.
After 17 years in Local Government, when I decided the time was right to leave I knew I wanted to work within a company that works closely with its clients, and gives clients the power of choice over what their future will look like. Eldon is the perfect fit.
Outside of work my life is busy; my family has an active social calendar. We like spending time with family and friends, days out around the North East, and craft related activities
