Donna Jackson

I have worked in the private sector for over 20 years in various customer centric roles. My previous role was as a Customer Service Manager, which I loved because it allowed me to use my skills to support and coach colleagues, helping them to deliver a great customer experience. I very much enjoyed the opportunity to support the Directors in delivering the key business objectives.

I met Eldon founder, Joss, many years ago as we had both cared for a horse which she ultimately rescued. Through this we became good friends and, when Joss told me about Eldon, I was very much interested in the ethics and client centric approach. When a suitable role was advertised I thought it was a great opportunities to join a firm aligned to my values… so I applied and the rest is history, as they say!

Most of my spare time is spent with my dog, Meila, who I adore. I also run and train at a local gym most days; this has been part of my life for 25 years. With what little spare time I have left after this, I like to read and catch up with family and friends as much as I can.
